Tarran Dhara is simultaneously the largest, richest, and most powerful city in Thraen and boasts a large, sheltered harbor. Shipping, both along the Tar-Dha and to the cities along the coast of the White Sea, makes Tarran Dhara the main center of trade in Thraen.
